Research Tracker® II is acquired by purchasing a Perpetual License Agreement for a one-time payment. Subsequently, an optional annual Extended Service Contract can be purchased to receive Feature Pack updates and other benefits (see Tech. Support Options).

- Users - the number of people who will use Research Tracker at the same time
- Database Size - the number of respondents
